Your body can get use’t to a diet, and even though you may thinking your eating good, i bet there is healthier options some way or another. Drink lots of water, and build up exercise gradually. Experiment with foods and dishes you didn’t even know about, you don’t even have to break the bank!
If this isn’t inspiration, I don’t know what the hell is.
Apple Heaven Smoothie Recipe-
1 apple, chopped and cored
1 banana, peeled
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of grapes
250ml apple juice-if wanted! Low fat/cal.
